Automatic: Triggered by the expiry time you set when creating the card.
Permanent: Files are deleted from both database records and physical storage, with no backups retained.
Irreversible: No recovery is possible after deletion — not even by administrators.
Complete: Includes all associated metadata and temporary files.

We are not responsible for any loss of content due to automatic deletion.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their own copies of important media before a card expires.

User-Generated Content

Messages, photos, videos, audio files, 3D models, names, and any other content submitted through this website
are created and provided entirely by users. We do not monitor or endorse user content and assume no responsibility
for any offensive, inaccurate, unlawful, or infringing material. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they
have the necessary rights and permissions for all content they upload, send, or include in their cards.
All uploaded media is subject to automatic deletion when the card expires.

Delivery & Availability

We do not guarantee:

Successful delivery of any card, email, notification, or OTP verification message.
Uninterrupted availability of the platform or its features.
Recovery of expired cards or deleted media files.
Accuracy of countdown timers or expiry notifications.
Successful payment processing or credit delivery.

Service performance may depend on third-party services such as email providers, hosting infrastructure,
payment processors, and user device or browser settings. OTP verification for private cards
depends on email delivery, which we cannot guarantee.

Credits, Payments & Refunds

Credit purchases are processed through third-party payment processors (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc.). We are not responsible for:

Payment processing delays or failures.
Currency conversion rates or transaction fees.
Disputes with payment processors.
Lost or unused credits due to account termination.

Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices and credit packages may change without notice.

Data, Privacy & Security

Personal information such as names, email addresses, messages, and uploaded media is processed temporarily
solely to provide card creation and delivery features. Key points:

Temporary storage: Media is stored only until the card expires, then permanently deleted.

Open Notifications & Thank-You Replies

If enabled, the platform may notify you when a recipient opens your card, and recipients may send
you a thank-you reply directly from the card page. We do not guarantee:

Accuracy or completeness of view counts or open notifications.

Privacy of notification emails or reply messages beyond our reasonable control.

These features depend on recipient actions and email delivery which we cannot fully control.
